When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours if orders are placed by 12 pm (GMT) - only on working business days (Monday - Friday)

Weekend next day delivery is not available (Items ordered on a Friday before 12 pm (GMT) in the UK expected delivery is the following Monday)

How do I track my order?

Emails will be sent to your registered email address updating with the stage your order is at.

Also, the courier delivering your orders should keep you updated when the parcel is with them.

Can I amend my order once complete?

Unfortunately you are UNABLE to amend your order.

The products can be ordered again and the previous unwanted products can be returned to us in the original unopened slip.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders CANNOT be cancelled once it has been purchased online.

If you don't wish to keep your order then you will have up to 14 days, once you receive the order to return the items in it original condition and unopened packing slip.

How do I return my order?

All items must be sent via Royal Mail, no other courier service is accepted. It must be sent to " By Caprice, P.O Box 58063 London W10 9BX " with the return slip and original packaging.

The customer is fully responsible for their own returns and By Caprice will take no responsibility if the parcel gets lost on its return. We advise you have your return tracked to avoid this.

*Under no circumstances do we accept any returns for underwear garments including knickers, thongs , briefs and bikini bottoms or swimsuits for hygiene reasons.

*In the interest for hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that this advice is not followed.

*When trying on Bras please avoid contact near lotions and make up or return may be refused

How much time do I have to return my order?

You will have 14 days to return your order.

Will my delivery cost be refunded?

No, all delivery charges will be at the cost of the customer.

How and When will I receive my refund

Please contact hello@gobycaprice.com You will receive your refund with in 5-10 days of By Caprice receiving your returns parcel.

Can I exchange items?

No, unfortunately exchanges are not possible

I have been refunded the wrong amount what do I do?

Get in touch with hello@gobycaprice.com and email us attaching the confirmation of your order and confirmation of the amount you have been refunded.

What do I do if I am having trouble logging in to my account?

Press forgotten password and a link will be sent to your registered Email for you to reset your password. Re set your password and attempt to log in again.

Can I close my account?

Yes, please notify us via email at hello@gobycaprice.com. Somebody from our team will get back to you with an emailed confirmation between the days of Monday to Friday and hours of 9 - 5.

How do I change the details on my account?

Go to the 'My Account' button in the menu, this will allow you to see all orders and change/edit your details.

When will my money be debited?

7 days after purchase of the item.
