These Terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and by using browsing or placing an order with us indicates you accept these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether you have go on to purchase any products from us or not.

The products listed on our website are an invitation for you to see what we sell and to place a potential order.
When you place an order it is still only an offer that is still a subject to our acceptance. If you enter the correct email address we will send you order acknowledgement and order update emails, they do not constitute to full acceptance of the order until full payment is made.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order via email, other updated emails will be sent informing you of dispatch and delivery dates. Payment of product will be taken 7 days after your purchase.
We take reasonable care to try and ensure that prices we quote on our site are accurate, and that products are described accurately in all material aspects and are available.
However please note all of our items are subject to availability, whilst with every effort we try to ensure that all products online are in stock and will give notice to the customer via an online notification if the product is out of stock.
The price of our products and delivery charges will be quoted on our website and may change from time to time, except in the case of an obvious error. All prices in the UK are quoted pound sterling and include VAT.
If VAT changes between the date of your order and delivery date and the delivery date, we have the right to change the amount of VAT you have paid to match the new correct VAT.
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.
It may be possible that despite our efforts, some products on the site maybe listed incorrectly or at lower price than it should be, if the product is listed at a lower price we will not accept the payment of the lower price and the correct price will be charged.
Payments for all products must be via Credit or Debit card (Visa or MasterCard) or Amex. We will take payment from your card 7 days after purchase.
If for any reason payment has not been received on our end but we have fulfilled our duty of dispatching and delivering the products you are obliged to immediately pay the full amount or return the products in the same condition not damaged. If we find that the products have been returned to us in a damaged or ‘unfit’ condition, we reserve the right to hold you liable and make a payment for the products at your own expense.
We DO NOT accept any cancellations or exchanges for any of our products.
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the product, however under no circumstances will we accept any returns on items unless faulty and furthermore will not accept any returns for underwear garments including knickers, thongs, briefs , bikini bottoms or swimsuits for hygiene reasons.
When trying on our bras, please avoid make up or lotions coming in to contact with them. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that our advice has not been followed.
If the return has been rejected there is no liability on our part to refund you any amount of money.
Returns will only be accepted if:
Items have not been worn or washed and return in their original condition
The products still have their original By Caprice tags on them and remain with and in the original packaging slip and original packaging.
The return slip must be filled out with all the correct details and returned with/inside your package – if not returns may not be accepted.
The order package is brought directly from our online E –commerce website ‘gobycaprice.com’, we will NOT accept any other By Caprice items that have been brought from our stockist website.
We DO NOT take any responsibility or refund for the delivery cost of the return, it is payable by the customer.
We will are not liable for any packages or items that are lost or damaged during the return transit, we advise you to send your return package on tracked delivery.

You will receive your refund with in 5-10 days of By Caprice receiving your returns parcel.
Our products will be delivered to you via a tracked courier at the cost of £6.50 the next working day (in the UK) if order is placed before 12pm (GMT) from Monday to Thursday, subject to stock availability.
Rest of the world delivery cost is £20.
Weekend Next day deliveries are not available (items ordered on a Friday before 12 pm for next day delivery will NOT be delivered until the following Monday)
A specific time for your delivery is not guaranteed, we will not be liable for any time delays in delivery of an order placed by or for you.
We ask customers to be aware that deliveries that occur overseas may experience delays due to Custom Authorities and their control measures of import goods. We are not responsible for payment on such duties and taxes; in the event that you refuse to pay this the package will be returned to us and will require you to pay any costs incurred as a consequence.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery and billing information as well as the recipient’s name. If for any reason you provide us with the wrong details, we are not liable for your delivery of your order being sent to the wrong address or wrong person.
We will make it every effort to deliver your order with in the estimated timescale; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances that are made out of our control (material shortage, import delays, higher than anticipated demand, software or technical delays)
