We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. However, we understand that this is not always the case. We therefore want to make the return process as easy as possible. If you have to return a product please do so within 14 days of receiving your product and make sure to enclose original packing slip. Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment.
Under no circumstances will we accept any returns on items unless faulty and will not accept any returns for underwear garments including, knickers, thongs briefs, bikini bottoms or swimsuits for hygiene reasons. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that this advice has not been followed.
If returns are rejected there will be no liability on the part of the company for refund of the cost of the goods or postage.
We DO NOT take any responsibility or refund for the delivery cost of return, it is payable by the customer.
Returns will only be accepted if:
Items have not been worn or washed and returned in their original condition
The products still have their original By Caprice tags on them and remain with the original packaging and packaging slip
The return slip MUST be filled out with ALL the correct details filled out and returned with/inside your package – if not returns may not be accepted
The order package MUST be brought directly from our E – commerce website ‘gobycaprice.com’, we will NOT accept any other By Caprice items that have been brought from our stockists website.
You will receive your refund with in 5-10 days of By Caprice receiving your returns parcel.
To return items follow these simple steps:
Complete the ‘Return Form’ listing all relevant details asked for
Include original packing slip.
Pack and seal your return securely, in original packaging including this form. You MUST ship via Royal Mail. No other couriers will be accepted. We recommend shipping your return with tracking as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 5 -10 days from your shipping date for your account to be credited.
We are not liable for any packages or items that are lost or damaged during the return transit, we advise you to send your return package on tracked delivery.
